With air, the small amount of Viognier in the blend explodes with peach flower aromas and add a gently sweetness to the palate. This 2-acre site is always a duality of depth and raciness, texture, and acidity. Fresh and intensely spicy flavors coat the palate. A joy to compare this to old world Syrah.
