We look forward to the honor of being known by you through the products of our labor.
The work is many faceted, yet transparent. We maintain absolute respect for the individual site, and are attentive and sensitive to the responses of the vines to their environment throughout the growing season. We carry the impressions of that sensitivity into the cellar during harvest, allowing them and past impressions to dictate our responses to the fruit itself, its fermentation, and the resultant wine.

"Brilliant silver/green-hued, the 2021 Chardonnay Seven Springs Vineyard offers a very nice reductive profile, with lifted aromas of gunflint, green apples, wet stones, salted lime, and toast. Medium-bodied and approachable, its ripe acidity floats on the palate, and it has dewy ripe fruit and a clean finish. This very charming wine is drinking well now and will drink well over the next 6-8 years." Jeb Dunnuck 94
